  1. Register or re-register the service with "Mobile Banking APP"、 "Voice OTP"、"IC ATM card + card reader" or "Branch/ATM".
  2. Eight major services are provided, including NTD deposits, foreign currency, funds, wealth management, loans, payment, credit cards, and personal settings.

  1. Register the service with following authentications：
    • Voice OTP：You must activate SMS OTP at the counter or ATM before using voice OTP. It will call to the numbers which you setup for SMS OTP and provide OTP by voice. Carefully read 【How to apply for SMS OTP】
    • IC ATM Card：Only available to users who have IC ATM card and card reader through computer.
    • E.SUN Mobile Banking APP：Only for re-setting username and password via PC version Personal Internet Banking, and users must log in the Mobile Banking APP and scan the QR code to complete the authentication procedure.
    • Branch/ATM：You must bring ID card to E.SUN branch to apply verification PIN or bring IC ATM Card to ATM and click "Register Internet Banking/Forgot password verification PIN" to setup. 【List of E.SUN Branches and ATM locations】
